The Parish Council would like to thank all those that worked on objecting to the battery station last night. Especially, Dr Christopher Ford our energy consultant, our Borough ward members, FABBS action group and Aidan Butler.
The unanimous refusal was an amazing result and puts us in a stronger place in the future for any similar proposals.
No doubt this will now go to appeal, for which we are already preparing.
One battle won but the war continues.
