/in News /by ClerkI am writing to advise you that Citizen Housing are re-advertising a vacant 3 bed, semi-detached house at Yeates Acre, Feckenham via Redditch Homes, Redditch Borough Council.
The property at Yeates Acre, Feckenham, will now be re-advertised with Redditch Homes next week. Applicants should be able to place bids from midnight on Wednesday 10/04/24. There will be 3 adverts placed for the same property, this is so that applicants with different bedroom requirements can register their interest. The local connection criteria will still apply.

NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY
There is a casual vacancy for a Councillor in the of Parish Council of
Feckenham following the resignation of Councillor Quintus Cary.
An election to fill the vacancy shall be held if notice in writing of a
request* for such an election has been given by TEN local government
electors for the electoral area to the Returning Officer, Redditch
Borough Council, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch B98 8AH
by Tuesday 16th of April 2024.
If no such notice is given, the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by
co-option.

Do you want to know more about the Feckenham Batteries planning application?
If so, come to an informal drop-in session to hear more, ask questions and use the opportunity to get your comment sent direct to the planning site whether you are in favour or against. This is in our back yard, just at the entrance to our village. It is understood this application could be the second of many more to come.
There will be Parish Councillors available to answer your questions although this is not a Parish Council meeting.
